You’ve probably heard that there are marches in support of families being held in detention at the border. There was, originally, one planned in Hartford for Saturday. However, the groups that are laser-focused on immigration issues have asked us to put our energy into a protest on July 2, at 8 a.m. at the ICE Offices in Hartford. Please show up! It’s not enough to end family separation, we have to end the unlawful detention of entire families and lone immigrants.

One of the most important things you can do is donate to RAICES, which is providing counsel for the people detained in these prisons.
